Dayton Delivers is the City of Dayton customer services program, featuring a mobile app, call center (937-333-4800) and a variety of activities occurring in neighborhoods and locations throughout the community. City employees pledge to deliver services with dedication to three core values:

Using Dayton Delivers

Using Dayton Delivers is easy! Get started by submitting a service request. Once a request is submitted, City personnel will be notfied and assigned accordingly. You can check on the status of your request by looking it up here.

We highly recommend that you create an account with Dayton Delivers before submitting your request. Although we allow anonymous submissions, creating an account will allow you to better keep track of your previous requests and makes submitting future requests much easier!
